Connect TikTok LIVE

Now let us connect your TikTok LIVE stream. This lets Vfinity see when viewers send gifts, like your stream, follow you, or leave comments.

Step 1: Start your TikTok LIVE

Before connecting Vfinity, you need to start your LIVE on TikTok.

1. Open TikTok on your phone
2. Start your LIVE stream like you normally do
3. Keep the LIVE running

Step 2: Go to Connections in Vfinity

Go back to Vfinity on your computer.

1. Click on the Connections tab at the top
2. Look for the TikTok LIVE section

Step 3: Put in your TikTok username

1. Find the box that says "Username" or similar
2. Type your TikTok username (the one you are streaming with)
3. Do not include the @ symbol, just the name

For example, if your TikTok is @coolstreamer, just type coolstreamer

Step 4: Click Connect

1. Click the Connect button
2. Vfinity will try to connect to your TikTok LIVE

Step 5: Wait a few seconds

It might take a few seconds for Vfinity to connect. This is normal. Just wait and watch the status.

Step 6: Check if it worked

Look at the connection status in Vfinity.

• If it says "Connected" or shows a green light, you are all set!
• If it says "Disconnected" or shows red, try again

Troubleshooting

If it did not connect, check these:

• Make sure your TikTok LIVE is actually running on your phone
• Make sure you typed your username correctly
• Make sure your username is public, not private
• Try disconnecting and connecting again
• Restart Vfinity and try again

Important notes

• Vfinity uses a special way to connect to TikTok LIVE that works well
• You do not need to give Vfinity your TikTok password
• Vfinity only reads the stream data, it does not post anything
