Text-to-speech providers
Which voice providers Vfinity supports, what each needs, and which settings they honour.
Chat text-to-speech can use the Microsoft Edge voices with nothing set up, or one of five paid services with an API key of your own.
Providers

Some providers do not support changing the speaking speed. Vfinity says so on the Speed control when you select one.

Filters
| Filter | Meaning |

Alerts
Read alerts aloud speaks gift, follow, share and like alerts using the same voice, from per-event message templates.
Paid providers bill the characters spoken for alerts as well as for chat. On a busy stream alerts can easily outnumber chat messages.
The queue
Messages are spoken one at a time. Show in the action queue puts the queue in the floating viewer, where Skip drops the current message and Clear empties the queue.
When nothing is spoken
